How do I delete my account?

If you need to delete your account, please follow the steps below:

1. While logged in, click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the page.
2. Select “My Account” from the menu.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the My Account page and click “Delete Account.”
4. Check the box: “I understand the risks above and confirm deletion.”
5. Enter your password to verify your identity.
6. Confirm the final pop-up and click “Delete Account Permanently.

Please note: Once you delete your account, all associated data, rights, and benefits will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
